In Christ alone, who took on flesh

Fullness of God in helpless babe

This gift of love and righteousness

Scorned by the ones He came to save

‘Til on that cross as Jesus died

THE WRATH OF GOD was satisfied

For every sin on Him was laid

Here in the death of Christ I live.

REVELATION 14:19-20

Mine eyes have seen the glory

Of the coming of the Lord:

He is trampling out the vintage

Where the grapes of wrath are stored;

He hath loosed the fateful lightning

Of His terrible swift sword;

His truth is marching on.

Sin’s curse has lost its grip on me

Bought with the precious blood of Christ

1.It is OK to admit in your prayer that you would prefer another way...

2.A person of faith will say, “nevertheless...”

3.Lord, if I am going to carry out Your plan, then I desperately need Your direction, Your strength, Your comfort...I cannot do this without You!
